How to purchase your Brown Faculty/Staff discounted ticket(s)

ONLINE

  • Select "My Account" from the menu
  • Select "Login using Brown credentials" and use your Shibboleth login information
  • Select "Buy" next to your desired event
  • Select Brown Faculty/Staff (Faculty/Staff) under Seat Quantity and hit "Continue"
  • You should now be on the Shopping Cart page to see your ticket quantity and grand total. Select continue
  • For delivery details, choose "E-Ticket / Print at Home."
  • On the Billing Info page, select "Buy" after inputting your credit card information  
  • "E-Ticket / Print at Home" and you will receive an email shortly to your Brown email address with your ticket.
Have your ticket ready when you arrive at the game. The ticket can be scanned directly from a mobile device or can be printed off. The ticket can be added to an Apple Wallet on iPhones, otherwise you will need to use the .pdf attached to the email you receive. FAQ's

I can't locate my tickets, how can I access them?
  • Click the My Account button above in the menu bar to log in to your account.
  • Once logged in, go to the Order History page of the My Account section.
  • Click the Reprint Tickets button next to your order(s) to re-send the tickets to your email address.
What time does the gate open?
  • Doors/Gates for Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse and Men’s Hockey open 1 hour before the start of the game
  • Gates for football open 1 hour and 30 minutes before kickoff
  • Tailgating lots for football open 2 and 30 minutes hours before kickoff
I have a question about purchasing my discounted Brown Faculty/Staff ticket, who should I contact?

How do I access my tickets?
  • Once you purchase your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with the ticket(s) attached as a PDF. You can either print the PDF, open the PDF on your phone or add your ticket to your Apple Wallet if you have an iPhone.
